- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING October 20, 2022 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Council will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on THURSDAY, OCTOBER 20, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to update the Water Conservation Plan in compliance with State Code 73-10-32. The hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled Council meeting. Public comments are welcomed. If you desire further information regarding this Water Conservation Plan update, please contact the Public Works - Engineering Department at (801) 336-3700. The plan can be viewed on the City's website by visiting www.laytoncity.org/WaterConservationPlan.
