Panguitch City Planning and Zoning Minutes AUGUST 1, 2022, AT 5:00 PM The Panguitch Planning and Zoning meeting was held at the Panguitch City Office at 25 S 200 E. Those in attendance were City Manager Lori Talbot, City Recorder Tyrissa Howell, and committee members Tracy Wright, Trudi Owens, Clint Albrecht, and Chris Hatch. Trudi Owens conducted the meeting. Also present was Mike Sarles. Adoption of the Agenda Chris Hatch moved, seconded by Tracy Wright to adopt the agenda. The motion passed with all in favor. Approval of the Minutes Chris Hatch moved, seconded by Clint Albrecht to approve the minutes. The motion passed with all in favor. Conditional Use Permit - Chickens at 146 E 500 N Chris Hatch moved, seconded by Tracy Wright to approve the conditional use permit for chickens at 146 E 500 N. The motion passed with all in favor. Signage at 435 E Center Clint Albrecht moved, seconded by Chris Hatch to approve signage for On the Run at 435 E Center Street. The motion passed with all in favor. Panguitch City Zones There was discussion on the size and density of multifamily dwellings allowed in residential zones. The committee asked to have the item put on the City Council agenda for asking for a moratorium on all new multifamily dwellings while the Planning and Zoning Committee reviews regulations for multifamily dwellings. Chris Hatch moved, seconded by Tracy Wright to table the item for the next Planning and Zoning meeting. The motion passed with all in favor.
