- PUBLIC NOTICE JOB OPENING Snowville Town has a job opening for an ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER. The duties of the Animal Control Officer are to carry out and enforce the provisions of the ordinance regulating and controlling dogs within the Town Limits.
