SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION SALT LAKE CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON Tuesday, October 18, 2022, a public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. by the Salt Lake City Council to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance that would vacate a portion of the City-owned alley situated adjacent to the property at 925 South 1200 West, and a section of the 9-Line trail. The proposal is to vacate an east/west alley segment and incorporate the vacant land into the neighboring property. Petition No.: PLNPCM2021-00806 All persons interested and present will be given an opportunity to be heard in this matter. This meeting will be held via electronic means, while also providing for an in-person opportunity to attend or participate in the hearing at the City and County Building, located at 451 South State Street, Room 326, Salt Lake City, Utah.
