Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nephi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the city council chambers located at 21 E 100 N Nephi. The purpose of the meeting is to accept public comment on a zone change request by Alex D. and Peggy C. Cowan for property located at approximately 2700 S Main (Parcel No. AZ00-2506-4) from ID-1 to Highway Commercial zone. A map of the area is available for review during regular office hours at City Hall.
