- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 4th day of October at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Mayor N. Craig Hidalgo - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held September 20, 2022 2. Business - CAPSA - Domestic Violence Awareness Month Presentation - Kenneth Hammon - Property Access to Parcel # 15-032-0003 - Ordinance 22-07 - 'An Ordinance Amending Clarkston Town Code Title 10 Chapter 2 Section 5; Areas Annexed 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Town Code 8-1-8 - Use by Visitors in Recreational Vehicles - Garbage Collection - Town Hall Project - Fire Department Councilmember M. Fawcett - Water Department - Planning & Zoning Councilmember D. Smith - Roads Department - Animal Control Councilmember M. Stephensen - September Warrant List - Parks Department - Sports and Recreation - Youth Council - Halloween Activity Councilmember S. Kurek - Fiber Optics - https://business.utah.gov/broadband/ - Cemetery - Emergency Preparedness - Neighborhood Watch 4. Other Business - Next Meeting - October 18, 2022 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session.
