PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, October 13, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: 1. Public Hearing: Code Text Amendment - Section 10-14-24-1-C-2 (City Wide) Public Hearing to consider the request of St. John's Properties to amend City Code Section 10-14-24-1-C-2, by modifying the provisions and requirements for permitted principal uses within The Grove Commercial Sales Subdistrict, to permit Use # 6297 (athletic clubs, body-building studios, spas, health clubs, aerobic centers, etc.), excluding gymnasiums, as a permitted use. 2. Public Hearing: General Plan Update (City Wide) Public Hearing for the adoption of a moderate-income housing chapter for the General Plan. This chapter contains new strategies to guide present and future policies regarding moderate-income housing within the City.
