Description/Agenda: Midvale Planning and Zoning Commission Notice of Public Hearing October 12, 2022 6:00 p.m. The Midvale Planning Commission will consider the items listed below during their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 7505 S. Holden Street, Midvale City, UT. This meeting will be held in-person and electronically. All meeting attendees are encouraged to follow CDC guidelines to ensure a safe meeting environment. The meeting will be broadcast at: www.MidvaleCity.org/YouTube Public Hearing 1. Daniel Gasser requests Final Subdivision approval to combine six existing lots into three lots located at 655 W Center St in the Main Street Form-Based Code (MS-FBC) zone. 2. Midvale City requests amendments to Title 17-7-1 of the Midvale City Municipal Code to address the Duplex approval process.
