- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct public hearings as prat of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:15 p.m. 1) The Commission shall receive public input, then consider a request from James Barnard with Sardinz Center for review of a modified Small Project Specific Plan at property located at approximately 655 East Main Street. ( Tax ID. #11-087-0008 & Tax Id. #11-089-0009).
