DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Spanish Fork City Council Chamber, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.
1. Approval of Minutes
A. September 21, 2022
2. Site Plan
A. SPRINKLER SUPPLY. The proposal involves development of a site located at 147 West 1600 North.
B. LEAP AHEAD CHILDCARE. The applicant requests Site Plan approval in order to allow for the conversion of the existing building into a Child Care Center on the site located at 2000 North 300 West.
3. Preliminary Plat
A. EAGLE HAVEN SUBDIVISION AMENDED. The proposal involves expanding the Preliminary Plat in order to add 7 additional single-family homes in a Master Planned Development located at 263 South Spanish Fork Parkway.
4. General Plan Amendment
A. TRANSPORTATION ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN 22.04. The proposal involves a revision to the Transportation Master Plan.
5. Construction Standards
A. CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS 22.03. Proposed amendments to Policy 4.39 of the Construction Standards.
