REGULAR AGENDA 5.A 51 Daly Avenue - Variance - On July 12, 2022, the Board of Adjustment Approved Variances for the Front Setback, Side Setback, and Building Height. The Board Will Review an Amended Final Action Letter. PL-22-05179 (5 mins.) (A) Ratification 5.B 1750 Kearns Boulevard (Park City High School) - Variance - The Applicant Requests a Variance for Building Height for the Park City High School Remodel and a Three-Story Addition in the Recreation Open Space Zoning District that has a Maximum Building Height of 47 feet and Six Inches. (PL-22-05393) (A) Public Hearing; (B) Action 6.
