Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Brigham City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive input on an amendment to the Brigham City Code, Title 29 Zoning to repeal Chapter 29.20 Heritage Site Overlay. The intent and establishment of this chapter no longer serves a purpose and has become obsolete. The public hearing will be held Tuesday, October 18, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. in the Brigham City Council Chambers, 20 North Main Street, Brigham City, Utah. Information regarding this matter is available during business hours by contacting the Brigham City Community & Economic Development Office at (435) 734-6604.
