Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall, at 1979 West 1900 South to discuss the following matters: Zoning Amendment - Rezone of various parcels in the Trails Edge subdivision at approximately 3340 West 700 South, from R-1 to R-3. Minor Subdivision - Request by Matt Gregory for a 2-lot subdivision at approximately 2735 S 2400 W containing 0.351 acre in the R-1 Zone. Text Amendment - Proposed amendment to Syracuse City Code section 10.92 MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT ZONE (MXD).
