- Cedar City Board of Adjustment Agenda October 3rd, 2022 The Cedar City Board of Adjustment will hold a meeting on Monday, October 3rd, at 5:15 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The agenda will consist of the following: 1. Call to Order. 2. Approval of Minutes. 3. Approval of Findings of Fact. 4. Request for Variance for frontage on property located at 1021 South 350 West/ Funshine Child Care/ Leavitt Land & Investment/ Brent Drew & Ron Larsen Cedar City Corporation does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age or disability in employment or in the provision of services.
