- AMERICAN FORK CITY AMENDED NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR SESSION October 5th, 2022 7:00 p.m. Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Planning Commission will meet in regular session on October 5th at the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: REGULAR SESSION Pledge of Allegiance Roll call COMMON CONSENT AGENDA (Common Consent is that class of Commission action that requires no further discussion or which is routine in nature. All items on the Common Consent Agenda are adopted by a single motion unless removed from the Common Consent Agenda.) 1. Approval of the September 21st, 2022, Planning Commission minutes. PUBLIC HEARINGS 1. Public hearing and recommendation on a proposed code text amendment of the American Fork Municipal Code, amending Section 17.11.103, to update public noticing requirements to remain consistent with the requirements of the Utah State Code.
