Recommendation from Planning Commission, zone text amendment pertaining to the Sensitive Overlay Zone. (10 min.) 5. Recommendation from Planning Commission, zone text amendment pertaining to rear setbacks in the Residential (R-2) zone. (10 min.) j. Discussion of proposed budget amendments for Fiscal Year (FY) ending June 30, 2023. (10 min.) k.
