Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council to receive public comment on a request by David Driggs, representing Price Real Estate to amend various sections of the text of the current Lone Peak Commercial Special District zone located in Chapter 9-18G of the Draper City Municipal Code (DCMC). The property is generally located at the northeast corner of 12300 South and Lone Peak Parkway. Application: TEXTMAP-0125-2021.
