Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Financial Audit Report b. Discussion regarding possible on-line Fillmore City payments for miscellaneous payments OTHER BUSINESS BROUGHT BEFORE COUNCIL a. Ratification of council approval to direct Recorder Kevin Orton to proceed with purchasing shut-off valves for flood mitigation purposes under the emergency procurement clause in the city's procurement policy b. Discuss and possibly accept recommendations for members to serve on the President Millard Fillmore Library Board c. Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 22-22 amending the Fillmore City President Millard Fillmore Library policy (Article V: Patron Behavior) d. Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 22-20 clarifying Fillmore City standards and specifications for public infrastructure. e. Discuss and possibly adopt Ordinance 22-17 amending Fillmore City Municipal Ordinance, Title 1, Chapter 10, Purchases, Disposals and Sales to revise the city's procurement process and Resolution 22-21 amending the Fillmore City Purchasing Policy.
