- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on September 20, 2022, The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 22-35: 'AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP TO SHOW A CHANGE OF ZONE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2531 SOUTH REDWOOD ROAD ON 0.85 ACRES FROM R-1-6 (SINGLE UNIT DWELLING RESIDENTIAL, MINIMUM LOT SIZE 6,000 SQUARE FEET) TO C-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL)' The complete Ordinance is on file and available for inspection in the City Recorder's office and is also available on the City's webpage, www.wvc-ut.gov.
