NOTICE OF AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Wellington City Council of the City of Wellington will hold a regular City Council Meeting on Wednesday, July 20, 2011 at the Wellington City Hall, located at 150 West Main Street, Wellington, Utah. Said meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 PM and the agenda shall be as follows: 1. Public Comment Period. 2. Pledge of Allegiance, Roll call and approval of minutes of previous meeting(s) 3. Business License Application - Nates Fast Food Restaurant, 680 East Main Street, possible approval of license. 4. Business License Application - Ash-Mar Studios, 1457 E Main Street, photograpy. Possible approval of license. 5. Business License Application - Price Trading Co., 3904 East Coal Creek Rd., Lawn mower repair and parts. Possible approval of license.. 6. Business License Application - K.M. Spraying and Landscaping, 418 S. 100 E., Spraying fertilizer, weeds, bugs, and landscaping. Possible approval of license. 7. Stacy Basinger - Introduction of Ordinance banning use of tobacco in City Park & Ballfields. 8. Mayor Blackburn - Introduction of rules for City Park. 9.
