PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Spanish Fork City Council Chamber, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.

2. Site Plan
A. MILESTONE HOLDINGS. The proposal involves industrial development of a site located at approximately 3475 North Main Street.
3. Final Plat
A. PARK ESTATES PLAT B. The proposal involves the platting of a subdivision with 15 single-family homes located at approximately 300 South 2800 East.
B. PARK ESTATES PLAT C. The proposal involves the platting of a subdivision with 11 single-family homes located at 2740 East 360 South.
4. Preliminary Plat
A. ESCALANTE TOWNHOMES. The proposal involves Preliminary Plat approval of a Master Planned Development that includes 20 residential townhome units to be located at 1060 East 400 North.
