July 27, 2022, Board Meeting Minutes July 2022, Profit & Loss July 2022, Reconciliation July 2022 Balance Sheet August 2022, Profit & Loss August 2022, Reconciliation August 2022 Balance Sheet August 2022 Warrants September 2022 Warrants UDOT Project (Pin 18326) - (Wallsburg to Charleston) - to continue the discussion with the HVSSD board for the US-189 (Wallsburg to Charleston) project in relation to the HVSSD property located at 2400 South and US-189. (30 minutes) District Boundaries - Martha Wingate with Ray, Quinney and Nebeker will be here to discuss and receive board direction on district boundaries and organization documents. (30 minutes) Facilities Upgrade and Bonding Update - Brad Rasmussen, Aqua Engineering and Mark Anderson, Zion's Bank will be here to update the board on the progress. - (30 minutes) Consideration of closed session pursuant to Utah Code section 52-4-205 ii. (c) Strategy session to discuss the purchase and or sale of real property.
