CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 20th day of September at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember S. Kurek - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held September 6, 2022 2. Business - Resolution 22-10 'A Resolution Closing a Portion of a Public Right-of-way for Vehicular Travel for an Indefinite Period of Time and Converting the Same for Leasing Space for the Placement of a Telecommunications Tower' - Resolution 22-11 ' A Resolution Amending the Master Fee Schedule to Update Land Use Development and Subdivision Fees' - Business License Application - Nichole Reynolds - Mighty West Services LLC - Green Space Proposition 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fiber Optics - Rise Broadband - Town Code 8-1-8 - Use by Visitors in Recreational Vehicles - Garbage Collection - Town Hall Project - Fire Department Councilmember M. Fawcett - Water Department - Planning & Zoning - Proposed Annexation Amendments to Clarkston Town Code Councilmember D. Smith - Roads Department - Animal Control Councilmember M. Stephensen - Parks Department - Sports and Recreation - Youth Council Councilmember S. Kurek - Cemetery - Grave Decorations - Emergency Preparedness - Neighborhood Watch 4. Other Business - Next Meeting - October 4, 2022 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session.
