Planning Commission Meeting Agenda Wednesday, September 21, 2022 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission will hold a meeting on Wednesday, September 21, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. Meetings are held at the Woodland Hills City Center, 690 South Woodland Hills Dr., Woodland Hills, UT 84653. Public Hearing 1. Title 6-1-3 A(5) 'Parking, Towing, and Impoundment of Vehicles.' The proposed new ordinance would read, 'Any vehicle left parked on any street or alley or upon any public property continuously for eight (8) twelve (12) hours or between the hours of one o'clock (1:00) a.m. and five o'clock (5:00) a.m. 2. City Code Title 11-3-7 Boundary Line Adjustment and Lot Combination. (Proposed ordinance can be found on the city website.) 3. City Code 11-4-2 Subdivision Improvements before Recording of Final Plat Agenda 4. Call to Order- Chairman Frandsen 5. Pledge of Allegiance- By Invitation 6. Invocation- By Invitation 7. Public Comment BUSINESS AND DISCUSSION 8. Approval of July 20, 2022, Planning Commission Minutes 9.
