- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 22, 2022, at 12:30 p.m. in the Community Room, Level 1 located at 445 West Center Street. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Hearings can be viewed live and on-demand at YouTube youtube.com/user/ProvoChannel17 and on Facebook facebook.com/provochannel17. Item 1 Craig Peterson requests Design Review approval for student housing, located at 891 N 900 E in the Campus Mixed Use zone. Joaquin Neighborhood. Javin Weaver (801) 852-6413 jweaver@provo.org PLPPA20200362 Item 2 Joel Pilling requests Design Review approval for three new warehouses in a proposed AI (Airport Industrial) zone, located at 652 S Lakeview Pkwy. Provo Bay Neighborhood. Aaron Ardmore (801) 852-6404 aardmore@provo.org PLPPA20220018 Preceding the public hearing, there will be a pre-meeting at 12:00 p.m. in the Community Room, Level 1. The pre-meeting is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment and actions will be reserved for the public hearing. To send comments to the Provo City Design Review Committee members, email them at dspublichearings@provo.org. Additional information can be found at provo.org/publiccomments. Provo City will make reasonable accommodations for all citizens interested in participating in this meeting.
