NOTICE OF AND AGENDA FOR A REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE GOSHEN VALLEY LOCAL DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Trustees of the Goshen Valley Local District (the 'District') shall convene as a Board on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, at 1:00 p.m., via the Microsoft Office 365 application Teams. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Consideration for approval of the June 21, 2022 Board Meeting Minutes 3. Discussion and appointment of Treasurer 4. Discussion and adoption of an amendment to the Mt Nebo Water Agency Interlocal Agreement 5. QuickBooks fees discovery 6. Adjusted schedule of meetings for the remainder of 2022 7. Schedule of Board Meetings for 2023 8. Other Business 9. Next Meeting - TBD This meeting shall be open to the public in accordance with the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act. This meeting will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams. For any member of the public who desires to join this meeting, please call the Goshen Valley Local District Clerk at 801-715-9184. Leave a message that includes your email address, and you will receive a meeting invitation with a link to the virtual meeting. All interested members of the public are invited to attend.
