Description/Agenda

The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct the following public hearings; a. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from Planning Commission consider for possible approval the concept plan for the ICX Subdivision consisting of 2 lots total, located at approximately 120 South Center. Tax Id. #10-019-0057 9. Continue discussion for possible approval along with a recommendation from Planning Commission to amend Title 10 'Land Use Regulations' Chapter 35 'Open Space' Section 2 'Land Set Aside' required of the Wellsville Municipal Code. 10. Continue discussion for possible approval along with a recommendation from Planning Commission to amend Title 10 'Land Use Regulations' Chapter 15 'Site Development Standards' Section 2 'Density' required of the Wellsville Municipal Code. 11. Mayor Bailey - Discuss progress on future Garbage Collection bids. 12. Discuss application for building permit from Jason Spahr - located at 1050 South 200 West Tax Id.#10-039-0003 13. Continue discussion about water restrictions with culinary and secondary water for Wellsville City and notification process. 14. Department reports 15. City Manager/Recorders report.
