NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Lindon City Council will hold a public hearing at 5:15 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible, on Monday, October 17, 2022, in the Lindon City Center, 100 North State Street, Lindon, UT, to consider the following items:
An amendment to the Lindon City Development Manual to modify the street light standards. Lindon City proposes to eliminate the City's current three street light styles and replace them with one single style city-wide. In addition, the city is proposing to increase the separation requirements between street lights from 100 feet to 250 feet and other technical specifications related to the new single city-wide standard. Please see the attached standard for additional details.
An amendment to the Lindon City Development Manual to modify the 700 N. sidewalk width from six (6) feet to ten (10) feet.

All interested parties are invited to attend and present oral and/or written comment regarding this petition.
