IVINS CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Meeting Date: City Council Meeting Thursday, September 29, 2022 Meeting Time: 5:30 P.M. Meeting Place: Ivins City Hall, 85 N. Main St. Ivins, UT 84738 435-628-0606 Purpose: Public Hearing on the Planning Commission's recommendation on a Zone Amendment from R-1-5 (Residential Single Family, minimum lot size 5,000 sq ft) and RM (Multi-Family) to RC (Resort Commercial) on approximately 9.618 acres. Parcel I-6-2-6-334-A and I-6-2-6-32401 Applicant/Owner: Teancum Properties, LLC-Owner; Lance Anderson/ANA Enterprises, LLC-Applicant Property Location: Approximately Guy Lane and Fitness Way Contact: Mike Haycock, Building and Zoning Administrator, 435-634-9753 All persons interested will be heard electronically, via email to City Recorder Kari Jimenez at kjimenez@ivins.com or may submit their views in writing to the City Council. A copy of the proposed amendment is available at the Ivins City Building Department.
