NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City Council of the City of St. George will hold public hearings on Thursday, September 29, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. in the St. George City Council Chambers at 175 E. 200 N. to consider the following: A. Consideration of a petition for a roadway vacation/dedication for Fort Pierce Area 7 Street Dedication and Vacation plat located at approximately 5000 South River Road (South of the Family Dollar Building & East of River Road). The portion requested to be vacated is part of the Fort Pierce Area 5 Street Dedication plat the roadway as shown on the official plat thereof on file in the Office of the Washington County Recorder's Office as Doc. No. 20130012409. The purpose of this vacated area is to relocate the intersection of the roadway approximately 50 feet further to the South. Interested persons may present their views in writing by emailing comments to christina.fernandez@sgcity.org or by mail to 175 E 200 N, St. George, UT 84770 Attn: City Recorder prior to the hearing or attend the hearing.
