- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Amendment to Zoning Ordinance Public notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, at 7:30 p.m. in the basement of the Orderville Town Office, located at 425 East State Street, Orderville, Utah, the Orderville Town Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing to receive comment on the proposed amendments to the Orderville Town Zoning Ordinance. The proposed amendments are in Chapter 2 Section 2.1: Current Board of Adjustment: 2.1 Board, Number of Members, Appointment, Term & Removal, Vacancies The board of adjustment shall consist of One (1) person appointed by the Orderville Town Council. Proposed Board of Adjustment Amendments: 2.1 Board, Number of Members, Appointment, Term & Removal, Vacancies The board of adjustment shall consist of Three (3) people appointed by the Orderville Town Council. All interested persons desiring input into this public hearing are invited to attend. A copy of the proposed amendments to the Orderville Town Zoning Ordinance are available for review at the Orderville Town Office during regular business hours.
