- NOTICE OF INTENT AND PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given of Farmington City's intent to amend its General Plan to meet the State requirements related to Moderate Income Housing including minor text changes to use language required in Utah Code 10-9a-403. Any questions regarding the same may be directed to the Community Development Department, 160 South Main Street, Farmington, Utah 84025 or at lgibson@farmington.utah.gov. The City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday September 27, 2022 at 2pm or as soon thereafter as business permits as part of the special meeting, at the Farmington City Hall, 160 South Main Street. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I hereby certify that the above notice was posted at Farmington City Hall, Davis County Library, Farmington City Public Works, the State Public Notice website, and the city website www.farmington.utah.gov, on September 15th, 2022 DATED this 15th day of September, 2022 DeAnn Carlile City Recorder
