NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
(Tuesday, September 27, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as possible)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Davis County Legislative Body will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Davis County Administration Building, located at 61 South Main Street, Suite 303, Farmington, Utah.
The purpose of this public hearing is to: 1) Consider making a recommendation to the City of North Salt Lake to annex the unincorporated area between Bountiful City and the City of North Salt Lake, generally known as the Val Verda area and specifically identified as Annexation Area on the map which is on the reverse side of this notice of public hearing; and 2) Receive public comment relating to the possible recommendation described in this notice of public hearing.
