- September 14, 2022 PLEASANT GROVE CITY DESIGN REVIEW BOARD MEETING The Design Review Board will meet Thursday, September 15, 2022, at 5:30 pm for the projects listed below. City Staff will host the meeting at Community Hall in the Police and Court Building, 108 S. 100 E. Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: 1. Site Plan - Located at 1707 West State Street (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Jennifer Paquin for Walmart to alter the exterior paint for a commercial building, on property located at 1707 West State Street in The Grove - Mixed Housing Zone. 2. Site Plan - Located at 360 South 100 East (String Town Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Mustang Design for a site plan for the construction of a mixed-use building, on property located at 360 South 100 East in the Downtown Village - Commercial Zone.
