- Midvale Planning and Zoning Commission Notice of Public Hearing September 28, 2022 6:00 p.m. The Midvale Planning Commission will consider the items listed below during their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 7505 S. Holden Street, Midvale City, UT. This meeting will be held in-person and electronically. All meeting attendees are encouraged to follow CDC guidelines to ensure a safe meeting environment. The meeting will be broadcast at: www.MidvaleCity.org/YouTube Public Hearing 1. Stacey Peterson requests Conditional Use approval for an in-home daycare minor located at 547 E Ft. Union Blvd. in the SF-1 (DO) zone. 2. Kerry Winn, representing Jean Robertson, requests Final Subdivision approval for a two lot split located at 968 Casa Roja St in the Single Family Residential (SF-1) zone. 3. Steve Carson requests Conditional Use Permit approval for a fence with razor wire located at 631 W Commerce Park Drive in the Clean Industrial (CI) zone.
