Discussion and possible action to consider removing an unused utility easement, which currently exists along the south and east sides of the property located at 1041 Mountain Orchard Drive. (Presenter: Amy Mabey) 6:20 P.M. 4. 2700 North Bailey PUD Agreement for Completion of Improvements. Adjournment Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Pleasant View, Utah will hold a Public Meeting in the city office at 520 West Elberta Dr. in Pleasant View, Utah on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, commencing at 6:00 PM. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary services for these meetings should call the Pleasant View City Office at 801-782-8529, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. The City Council at its discretion may change the order and times of the agenda items.
