A Municipal Corporation will hold a regular meeting
on the 15th day of September 2022.
At the Council Chambers
19 South Main, Helper, Utah.
The meeting shall begin at 6:00 pm.
1- Call to order.
2- Pledge of Allegiance.
3- Roll call.
4- Public Comment.
5- Discussion and possible approval of local consent for beer permit for the St. Anthony Carnival.
6- Discussion and possible approval of street closure on October 7th for First Friday.
7- Discussion and possible approval of street closure for Trunker Treat on Oct. 29, 2022 from 10AM to 2PM
8- Discussion and possible approval of blocking 4 parking spaces for monster truck promotion in front of Aunt Nell's and Driggs Mortgage on Wednesday September 21, 2022 from 3pm to 9pm.
9- Discussion and possible approval of upright head stone in section two.
10- Discussion and consideration of adding an Auditorium fee for local team sports under the age of 18 of $25 per use.
11- Discussion and possible approval of Request for Proposal for derelict property clean up.
12- Discussion and possible approval of Career Ladder.
13- Discussion and possible approval of the location of new park.
14- Discussion and possible approval of appointing the Board of Appeals.
15- Closed Meeting for Property Discussion.
16- Closed Meeting for Employee Discussion.
