- EAGLE MOUNTAIN CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Eagle Mountain Planning Commission will hold public hearings on September 27, 2022, at 6:30 PM or as soon thereafter as business allows, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah 84005. The Planning Commission will receive public comments concerning the following items: - An amendment to the Eagle Mountain Municipal Code Section 17.75.081 Towing Yards and Vehicle Storage. The proposed amendment is to allow vehicles, in a towing yard, to remain on the storage yard indefinitely in lieu of only 180 days; - An amendment to the Eagle Mountain Municipal Code Section 17.80.080 Off-premises Ladder Signs to increase the total maximum number of allowed signs from 40 to 60; and - Silverlake LDS Church, Site Plan. The plan proposes construction of a new church building, and associated improvements, on 3.555 acres of property addressed as 7091 N. Silver Creek Way (Parcel # 66:753:0330; Lot 2330 of the Silverlake Subdivision) in the Silver Lake Planned Community in Eagle Mountain Utah. Materials for the public hearing items may be viewed within three days of the meeting on the City website and at the Eagle Mountain City Recorder's Office, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS. If you need a special accommodation to participate in the meeting, please call the City Recorder's Office at 801.789.6610.
