- WILLARD CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Willard City Council will hold a Public Hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 22, 2022, regarding Ordinance 2022-01 Municipal Transient Room Tax. The Public Hearing will be held during the Regular meeting at the Willard City Hall located at 80 W. 50 S. A full copy of the proposed Ordinance is available at the Willard City Office or on the State of Utah Public Meeting Notice website http://utah.gov/pmn. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communications, aids, and services) during this meeting should notify the City Office at 80 W. 50 S. Willard, UT, phone number (435) 734-9881, at least three working days prior to the meeting.
