Town Of Portage Council Meeting Wednesday Sept 14, 2022 25880 N 9000 W 6:00 PM Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Portage will hold its Town Council meeting on Wednesday, Sept 14, 2022 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 PM. The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony: Prayer Pledge: Public comments, limited 3 min per person WELCOME ADMINISTRATION Approve the Minutes for Aug 10, 2022 Town Council meeting Item#1 Action Item-Review & approve of Aug 10-Sept 14, 2022 bill/payroll Item#2 Action item- Review & approve financial report, bank reconciliations and water adjustments or witeoff Item#3 Action Item-Gordon Knudsen Garage/outbuilding permit Item#4 Information Item-Town soda machine,Cooperative Agreement for Consolidated, Dispatch Service in BEC, ATC internet, Town well house, Horse arena, Mayors dinner with Governor Cox, BEC fair, Emergency Manager, Puncture vine weed. Item#5 Information- Item#6 Information-Planning Commission Report- Councilmember Bell Item#7 Information -Sheriff's Department Report Item# WATER Item# PARKS AND RECREATION ETC.
