The following agenda items will be considered: A. Invocation. B. Adopt Agenda. C. Adopt Minutes of Oak City Town Board Regular Meeting held August 18, 2022. D. Update on the Aquifer Recharge Funding Application to the Division of Drinking Water/Shim. E. Update on Recent Well Problems/Shim. F. Discuss Funding and Construction Process for the New Culinary Well/Jones and DeMille Engineers, Daniel Hawley and James Saunders. G. Discuss the Need for Water Impact Fee and Water User Rate Study/Shim. H. Public Comment. I. Financial Report. J. Departmental Reports. K. Miscellaneous L.
