- NOTICE OF INTENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF Farmington City's intent to amend its General Plan to meet the State requirements related to Moderate Income Housing including minor text changes to use language required in Utah Code 10-9a-403. Any questions regarding the same may be directed to Community Development Department, 160 South Main Street, Farmington, Utah 84025 or at lgibson@farmington.utah.gov. The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday September 22, 2022 at 7pm or as soon thereafter as business permits as part of their regularly scheduled meeting, at the Farmington City Hall, 160 South Main Street. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I hereby certify that the above notice was posted at Farmington City Hall, Davis County Library, Farmington City Public Works, the State Public Notice website, and the city website www.farmington.utah.gov, on September 12th, 2022 DATED this 12th day of September, 2022 DeAnn Carlile City Recorder
