NOTICE OF A SPECIAL PUBLIC MEETING OF THE PLEASANT GROVE CITY COUNCIL Notice is hereby given that the Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a Work Session meeting at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday September 13, 2022 in the Community Room 108 S 100 E, prior to the regular City Council meeting at 6:00 p.m. This is a public meeting and anyone interested is invited to attend, however, Work Sessions are not designed to hear public comment or take official action. PLEASE NOTE: A LOCAL BUILDING AUTHORITY (LBA) MEETING WILL BE HELD FOLLOWING THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING. AGENDA 4:30 P.M. WORK SESSION a. Discussion on development in The Grove b. To consider for adoption a Resolution (2022-052) of the City Council of Pleasant Grove City, Utah authorizing and approving the execution and delivery of one or more Master Lease Agreement(s) by and between the City, the Local Building Authority of Pleasant Grove City, Utah (the 'Authority') or other parties, one or more Ground Lease Agreement(s) and a Sublease Agreement; authorizing the issuance and sale by the Authority of its Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2022, in an Aggregate Principal Amount of not more than $35,000,000; authorizing and approving the execution and delivery by the Authority of a General Indenture of Trust, a Supplemental Indenture of Trust, Bond Purchase Contract, certain Security Documents, authorizing and approving the distribution and use of a Preliminary Official Statement and Official Statement and other documents required in connection therewith; authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary to the consummation of the transaction contemplated by this Resolution; and related matters; and providing an effective date. B. To consider for adoption a Resolution (2022-053) authorizing the Mayor to enter into an Amendment to the 2016 Interlocal Utah County CDBG Agreement; and providing an effective date.
