City of Woodland Hills City Council Meeting Agenda September 13, 2022 Public Notice is Hereby Given that the City of Woodland Hills City Council will hold a Work Session, and City Council Meeting on September 13, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. Meetings are held at the City of Woodland Hills City Center, 690 South Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, Utah. Work Session 1. Report on Woodland Hills Days 2. Amending the Policy and Procedures for the Finance Committee 3. Request for Bond Extension- Summit Creek Plat F-4 Lot #1- Krohn 4. Discussion of Berm at Water Tank Site to Facilitate Avalanche and Debris Flow 5. Renew Engineering Contract with Jones and DeMille 6. Planning Commission- Chairman Wayne Frandsen a. Combining of lots in an existing subdivision and another for an ordinance to require b. A sewer hookup (connection) for new buildings that are within 250 feet of the main sewer line. 7. City Council Reports and Department Updates a. Corbett Stephens- Public Works and Building b. Council Member Hillyard- South Utah Valley Solid Waste District c. Council Member Kynaston-911 Special Service District d. Council Member Lunt- South Utah Valley Animal Shelter e. Council Member Malkovich- Utah Lake Commission f. Council Member Pratt- South Utah Valley Municipal Water Association and Nebo Water Conservation District g. Mayor Winder- SESD and COG/MAG 8.
