Discussion and possible recommendation regarding changes to accessory buildings or outbuildings in the Manti City Code. 4. Discussion relative to conditional uses in Downtown Commercial Zone, North Gateway Commercial and South Gateway Commercial. 5. Consideration of minutes of the previous meetings.
