- NOTICE of Request for Proposals Fillmore City is soliciting proposals to chip seal sections of Fillmore City streets (total estimated square footage of 100,000). In addition to the various city streets, the proposal should also include additional chip seal work on the Fillmore Airport parking lot (13,700 square feet) and the Fillmore City office building parking lot (15,800 square feet). Proposal packets can be obtained at the Fillmore City Office Located at 75 West Center Street in Fillmore. Proposals must be sealed and submitted to the city office before 4:00 p.m. on September 20, 2022. Bids will be opened on September 20, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. at the Fillmore City office located at 75 West Center Street, Fillmore, Utah.
