DeaEsta Solomon - To request a Home Occupation Business License for 1 2 3 Preschool at 153 West Main. B. Josh Greer, Bear River Health Department - To request Concept Plan approval of a two-lot subdivision for two commercial lots located at 750 East 730 North. 10. INTRODUCTION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTIONS AND ORDINANCES A. Resolution 22-17 - A resolution adopting the Hyrum City Water Management and Conservation Plan. 11. OTHER BUSINESS A.
