Bills of Pleasant View City 6:10 P.M. 3. 1000 West Escrow Agreement Amendment. Discussion and possible action to consider an amendment to the 1000 West Escrow Agreement to reflect the actual bid award figures. (Presenter: Amy Mabey) 6:15 P.M. 4. Closed Meeting. Consideration for a closed meeting pursuant to one or more of the provisions of the Utah Open and Public Meetings Law, Utah Code ยง 52-4-205(1). 5. Other Business 6. Adjournment Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Pleasant View, Utah will hold a Public Meeting in the city office at 520 West Elberta Dr. in Pleasant View, Utah on Tuesday, September 13, 2022, commencing at 6:00 PM. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary services for these meetings should call the Pleasant View City Office at 801-782-8529, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. The City Council at its discretion may change the order and times of the agenda items.
