3. Discussion and possible action on a proposed Code Amendment to the Santa Clara City Zoning Ordinance, Section 17.63, R-1-6 Single Family Zone. City of Santa Clara, applicant and approve Ordinance 2022-21. Presented by Jim McNulty, City Planner. (Table)
4. Discussion and possible action on a proposed Code Amendment to the Santa Clara City Zoning Ordinance, Section 17.74, Historic District/Mixed Use Zone, this includes a general clean up and updating of Ordinance. City of Santa Clara, applicant and

5. Discussion and possible action on a proposed Code Amendment to the Santa Clara City Zoning Ordinance, Section 17.76, Historic District/Overlay Zone. This includes general clean up and updating of Ordinance. City of Santa Clara, applicant and approve Ordinance 2022-23. Presented by Jim McNulty, City Planner.
