Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE 1. Notice is hereby given that Kane County will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at the Kane County Courthouse in the Commission Chambers, in Kanab, Utah, which will begin at 2:00 p.m. The District proposes to apply for funding from the Utah Permanent Community Impact Fund Board (CIB) to construct a multipurpose facility to serve as the Kane County Care and Share pantry, space for the Drug Court program, and Kane County storage facility. While the County may specify its need for and requested manner of funding in the CIB application, the Impact Fund Board funding may come in the form of a grant, a grant/loan combination, or all loan. The public is invited to attend and provide comments on the proposed application.
